Take advantage of this time to have a quick snooze for yourself. \u00a0By sleeping while the baby sleeps, you can rest and be in better shape when the baby wakes up. Not feeling like having a nap? Try at least one relaxing activity like reading in bed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take a Relaxing Bath with Essential Oils<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take a moment while your partner is with the baby to have a warm and relaxing bath. Why not put some music on and add a few drops of essential oil? Choose soft music and a relaxing atmosphere for maximum benefits and stay as long as you want &#8230; or as long as the baby allows.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eat a Good Breakfast<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparing a nutritious breakfast for yourself is key. Take the time to do it every morning so you can have the energy to spend the day with a demanding baby. Also, eat several healthy snacks throughout the day. You\u2019ll see the difference!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spoil Yourself with a Coffee<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Are you tired and the opportunity for a nap has passed? Spoil yourself with a good coffee. It will help you hang in there a little longer. But get to bed as early as possible tonight for a good night&#8217;s sleep.
