A mattress should support your body and your sleeping habits. You should properly care for a mattress to extend its lifespan as well as make sure you have the best sleep possible. Mattresses should be rotated every 6-12 months to keep their shape and to keep them sturdy and comfortable and prevent sagging.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Protecting the mattress<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consider investing in a mattress protector to create a barrier between your mattress and your body and other environmental elements.
